DOVE HUNTINGDove Hunting
Fields are Close to the lodge and there are no 2 hr+ drives like in some other parts of Mexico. Our dove hunts occur on Rio Grande Rancho or thousands of acres of pre-scouted fields. Our scouts report daily on bird activity to ensure that you have the best hunt possible and each hunter is provided with their own bird boy to help spot incoming flocks of dove and to retrieve downed birds. Service in the field is provided by our professionals and includes drinks and refreshments as we see that any needs you have will be met.
Furthermore, should you want to bring your own firearm to use we have a smooth and hassle free process for permitting your personal guns and bringing them across the border. All crossings will be met by our professional crossing agents to assist in any paperwork or other items that require help while crossing. However, Clean and well maintained 12 & 20 gauge Benelli shotguns are available at the lodge if you do not wish to travel with one.
Daily scouting ensures that you will be treated to the finest in wing shooting, each hunting day. Each hunter is allocated one birdboy, for retrieval of downed game and cold refreshments are only an arm`s reach away. This area has hight concentration of residentes birds and thousands of doves migrate in to our fields.
High Volume Dove hunting in Mexico is a tradition like no other. It combines the easy access of a south Texas hunt with the high volume shooting that people come to expect with Mexico bird hunting.
